I ran a few laps here and there and did some dashes. I timed my mile and shaved off a minute since the last time I did it… so I finished the mile in 7:34. Goal is around 6 minutes : )

CrossFit was cancelled, so I focused on running today
7:00 a.m. Ran @ the Lafayette Reservoir… 2.7 miles in 26:30
I’m very sore!!! But it feels goood.

So I rested the whole weekend and I also ate bad as well… but it was intentional :) because I just started training for MMA and I know that I will dedicate myself and work even harder!!
