6:00 pm Track & Field

I ran a few laps here and there and did some dashes.  I timed my mile and shaved off a minute since the last time I did it… so I finished the mile in 7:34.  Goal is around 6 minutes : )

7:00 a.m. Ran @ the Lafayette Reservoir… 2.7 miles in 26:30

I’m very sore!!! But it feels goood.

Workout #1

Time of Day:  530am

WOD:

5 rounds

  • 15 sumo deadlifts
  • 15 kettlebell swings (18 lbs) <— scaled down b/c of the soreness
  • 15 sit-ups

Workout time:  11:17 <—could’ve done better, but once again, body was soooo sore.  I need a rest day!

Time of Day:  800 pm MMA

So I rested the whole weekend and I also ate bad as well… but it was intentional :) because I just started training for MMA and I know that I will dedicate myself and work even harder!!

  • 15 squats
  • 30 single jump rope

Workout Time:  9:36

Then I went to 24 hour for

Cardio: 35 minutes stairmaster

Then I went to SF to walk 15 miles w/ hills … it was beautiful!!!

  • 21 kettlebell swings 1.5 pood
  • 12 pullups w/ bands

Workout Time: 9:51 non-Rx

Time of Day: 10:00 am

Went to Lafayette Reservoir and ran 2.7 miles.
