6:00 pm Track & Field I ran a few laps here and there and did some dashes.  I timed my mile and shaved off a minute since the last time I did it… so I finished the mile in 7:34.  Goal is around 6 minutes : )

I’m very sore!!! But it feels goood. Workout #1 Time of Day:  530am WOD: 5 rounds 15 sumo deadlifts 15 kettlebell swings (18 lbs) <— scaled down b/c of the soreness 15 sit-ups Workout time:  11:17 <—could’ve done better, but once again, body was soooo sore.  I need a rest day! So, it’s been a while since I worked out… Friday morning, I was really sick…cold, fever, etc… wasn’t able to work out at all..Saturday, ditto; then Sunday and Monday were busy and eventful days…lost some sleep as well.  Tuesday, I was recovering from the whole weekend. Glutes/ Legs are sore…. I attempted to go to CF class this morning at 5:30, but didn’t know it was cancelled..
