Time: 6:23 non Rx

Warm-up: Jump Rope

WOD: 3 Rounds

  • 30 wall balls
  • 20 push-ups
  • 10 air squats

Cool Down: Jump Rope

I didn’t get to do the prescribed 10 lbs. during wall balls :( I used a 6 lb. medicine ball.  Partly cause I felt my triceps were sore from my workout from two days ago and I was a little tired… I really have to adjust my sleeping habits.  I slept only 4 hours.  I honestly did not feel like working out so early and my body was sore (which is a good thing!) but I felt like I had to get my butt up and get it done.

On the way home from CrossFit, I felt like working out some more… so I stopped by 24 hour fitness and did the following:

Cardio - 35 minute treadmill jog @ 4.5 (it really felt weird running now that I incorporated crossfit into my routine)

Abs

  • 3x15 - Crunches on the balance ball, but while up I twisted to the left and then to the right (not sure what the name of that is)
  • 3x30 seconds - Planks on ball
  • Side bends? on ball
