So, starting today.. I’m not able to do any type of run/ bounce/ jump/ jolt exercises for 3 weeks… booo!!! but gotta make the most out of every situation!  my workout for today is:

12:00 pm   elliptical at the gym for 1 hour

8:30 pm     CrossFit

WOD:(Filthy Fifty - modified w/o any jumping)

Total Time: 17.59

  • 50 tire step-ups
  • 50 kettle bell swings (.5 pood)
  • 50 step walking lunge
  • 50 knees to elbows
  • 50 push press (15 lbs)
  • 50 good mornings (15 lbs)
  • 50 wall balls (6 lbs)
  • 50 squats

After my workout, I could feel my glutes getting a lot rounder! LOL I love crossfit!
