I had a FAT headache today.  Way tooo hot and still only 4 hours of sleep.  BUT during/ after my workout, I felt good!… and in comparison to yesterday’s “Filthy Fifty”, today’s workout was a breeze! haha

7:00 pm Cardio Kickboxing Class

8:00 pm CrossFit

WOD:

  • 1x farmers walk (18 lbs) <—okay, I could’ve gone heavier :) next time!
  • 22 thrusters (curl bar)
  • 1x farmers walk (18 lbs)
  • 22 overhead squat
  • 1x farmers walk (18 lbs)

Total Time: 7:30

After my workout, I also did:

ABS - 3x15 Hanging knees to elbows using the ab straps
