I attempted to go to CF class this morning at 5:30, but didn’t know it was cancelled.. I was craving CrossFit so I went to 24 hour fitness and did the following:

Time of Day:  6:00am

Warm-up: 5 minutes elliptical, stretch

WOD:  Cindy

  • 5 pull-ups (except I used the assisted pull-up machines @ 90lb resistance)
  • 10 full push-ups (i used a hand position to target the triceps more)
  • 15 air squats

Total Time: 20:00

Rounds: 22

ABS

  • 3x15 crunches on a balance ball
  • 3x15woodchops using a 6lb medicine ball
