Glutes/ Legs are sore…. I don’t think it’ll feel like normal again!  I love it… I’ve also had a sore throat since Monday morning and it’s been getting worse.  I hope it doesn’t turn into anything!  I’m on a roll! oh well..

Time of Day: 5:30 am

Warmup: Elliptical

WOD: DT” <— from the Crossfit site

Five rounds for time

  • 25 lbs. Deadlift, 12 reps
  • 25 lbs. Hang power clean, 9 reps <— i need to perfect this move
  • 25 lbs. Push jerk, 6 reps

Total Time: 11:08 non Rx

After this, I went to 24hour and did

Cardio: 35 minutes stairmaster

Abs:

  • 3x25 Bicycle Crunches
  • 3x12 V-ups
  • 3x15 Knee Raises
