Glutes/ Legs are sore…. I don’t think it’ll feel like normal again! I love it… I’ve also had a sore throat since Monday morning and it’s been getting worse. I hope it doesn’t turn into anything! I’m on a roll! oh well..

After this, I went to 24hour and did
Cardio: 35 minutes stairmaster
Abs:
- 3x25 Bicycle Crunches
- 3x12 V-ups
- 3x15 Knee Raises
