Excuses, Excuses…
So, it’s been a while since I worked out…
Friday morning, I was really sick…cold, fever, etc… wasn’t able to work out at all..Saturday, ditto; then Sunday and Monday were busy and eventful days…lost some sleep as well. Tuesday, I was recovering from the whole weekend.
Wednesday which is today… I felt a little too tired/ lethargic to work out. It’s amazing how just missing even as little as 2 days can make me feel like crap!
Anyway…I really do miss running/ jumping too. I cannot wait til I can run again, especially outdoors! I have about a week and a half til then :) Can’t wait!!
