- Tabata Squats
- Tabata Push-ups
- Tabata Sit-ups
Total Reps: 307 <— yay!!! I beat my 225 reps that I had done during my first CF workout. Noticed that my legs are really strong, push-ups were fair, I need to make my core really strong : )
Then I went biking at the Lafayette Reservoir at 9:00 am..only did ~3 miles cause I was w/ a friend who was running next to me….
